Report: July 30, 2007 - Update to the "List of Plant Genera Regulated for Phytophthora ramorum (Sudden Oak Death) (D-01-01 - Phytosanitary Requirements to Prevent the Entry of Phytophthora ramorum)."

 

Relative to previous official pest reports for Canada posted on the NAPPO-PAS listing the plant genera regulated by Canada to prevent the introduction of Phytophthora ramorum, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency has recently made some minor modifications to this list and added the genus Garrya (garrya) to the list of regulated genera.

30 juillet 2007 - Ajouts à la Liste des genres de végétaux réglementés aux fins de la lutte contre le Phytophthora ramorum (encre des chênes rouges) (D-01-01 - Exigences phytosanitaires visant à prévenir l’introduction au Canada du Phytophthora ramorum).

L’Agence canadienne d’inspection des aliments a récemment apporté de légères modifications à la Liste des genres de végétaux réglementés aux fins de la lutte contre le Phytophthora ramorum citée dans les signalements officiels d’organismes nuisibles détectés au Canada publiés sur le site Web « Phytosanitary Alert System » de la NAPPO (p. ex. le 9 et le 28 août 2006). Elle y a ajouté les genres Garrya (garrya).
